The Assistant Director is responsible for actively participating in planning, creating, and promoting programs and activities for alumni in keeping with the University\'s mission and character and its desire to maintain lifelong relations with its graduates. This position plays a critical role in creating a cohesive outreach effort to develop and sustain commitment and engagement among Johnson C. Smith University alumni. The Assistant Director implements programs and enhance the University\'s connection to its alumni, students and prospective students to increase levels of giving and participation rate. Assists in establishing new chapters, and increasing alumni engagement in the University priorities and all major fundraising campaigns. Reports to the Director of Alumni Affairs.
