I’ve spent my career helping charities steady themselves, grow with purpose, and do better by the people and communities they exist for.My work is person and community centred. I believe real change happens when organisations listen properly, build trust, and design services with people rather than for them.I’m ambitious about tackling inequality and improving social mobility, and I’m driven by the belief that charities should be bold, accountable, and rooted in their values.My leadership is shaped by lived experience as a member of the LGBTQ+ community and as an autistic person. That experience keeps me grounded, practical, and focussed on what actually makes a difference.
