ABOUT ANTHONY WOLFSON
With 36 years in primary education, including 21 as a Headteacher, I have led successful schools across both the Voluntary Aided (State) and Independent sectors. In Spring 2023, I stepped back from headship to build a portfolio career, using my expertise to support a wider range of schools. As an Education Consultant, I work with schools through SCBM Services. SCBM Services, based in Hendon, provides outsourced HR, finance, and education consultancy to schools. SCBMs sister company, Werton Group integrates Jewish values with academic excellence across Ofsted-registered early years settings in London and beyond. I also serve as a Governor at a Voluntary Aided primary school in Barnet and as Chair of the Local Academy Governing Board overseeing two primary schools within the Agora Learning Partnership (a large Multi-Academy Trust in Hertfordshire). These governance roles allow me to collaborate with exceptional professionals, further deepening my insight into effective school leadership. I am passionate about school improvement, curriculum design, and strengthening leadership capacity — helping schools to create environments where children thrive both academically and personally.
