I enjoyed my past roles as CTO and founder, being the technical visionary interacting with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, partners, and customers. Before that, I enjoyed heading a consulting team for systems integration for a world class network management NOC. My technical depth, analytical skills, and strong people skills help me excel in these roles. I am can-do, action-oriented, and energetic as I work toward business and customer success.At HanoverSoft, I focused on consulting activity where I reviewed an enterprise\'s monitoring environment to provide them with a useful and detailed assessment, planning materials, and professionals to implement desired changes.At Lenovo, I headed up the software architecture group. This group designs Lenovo-specific software, researches technology feasibility, and works with third-party partner vendors. The software on your ThinkPad likely passed through the hands of my team.At Fraysen Systems, I shifted the business from Ireland to the United States so their business process automation software could improve manufacturer\'s profitability and productivity in the larger market here.At Intel, I led a team of solution architects trained in artificial intelligence. We helped commercial clients identify and roll-out applications of Intel Saffron\'s AI to significantly help them with large, complicated problems.When Intel shut down, I shifted to Tookitaki to continue to help commercial clients - financial institutions - with their anti-money laundering, name screening, and reconciliation systems, leveraging machine learning to rescue them from the avalanche of work they face investigating, screening, and resolving ever increasing volumes of data.At Ottendorf Labs, I equipped the company with technology and an IT department to support it. I also automated their lab results reporting. In both these efforts, I contributed and oversaw all IT operations.At Eltuel, I started a company with the vision to enable all providers to transparently talk to all labs and vice versa in an otherwise chaotic world of Babel.    IT Assessments: provide IT/monitoring technology assessments to CIOs of BlueCross/BlueShield, LabCorp and VIF Program corporations. Assessments evaluate network, telephony, storage, server, application, and middleware resources, resulting in comprehensive and highly useful/actionable report.IT Consulting: Created web portal for BlueCross/BlueShield that integrates numerous network management applications into single easy interface.
