In my current role, I have three areas of responsibility at Bazooka Candy Brands: General Manager U.S. E-commerce, General Manager LATAM, and Global Head of Marketing & Innovation.I am an energetic, entrepreneurial consumer packaged goods general manager who is passionate about turning around and transforming businesses. No matter how well a business is performing, there is always an opportunity for it to be performing better. I have significant experience in successfully challenging convention to drive growth across businesses within both larger, publicly traded companies, and smaller, private equity-owned businesses. At the core of any successful organization is a strong team. Throughout my career, I have consistently transformed existing teams and built high performing new teams from the ground up. I have worked across organizations to implement business fundamentals while simultaneously creating an innovation-focused, challenger mindset. I have built well thought-out strategic plans that deliver near term revenue and profit growth while laying out long-term blueprints that position the business for future success. I regularly report to ownership and the board of directors, gaining their alignment on key strategic initiatives and investments.
