ABOUT ANTHONY TEMPERTON
After 21 years working in the telecoms industry I decided to tread my own path and set up my own business with KAT Communications in 2009 - 10 years next year! A gap in the SME market had been identified whereby SME business owners prefer to be looked after by SME suppliers rather than a faceless call centre of a larger telecoms company.The approach to the market had to be one where we became \'the telecoms department\' of our customers and it also has to be one of total independence. All partners are chosen carefully and have criteria they have to work to. Also we are not targetted by our suppliers ensuring that independence is never diluted.The telecoms industry has a poor reputation, and in some places rightly so. Box shifting and selling by reducing another supplier\'s phone bill isnt a skill. Working with customers, thought leadership and finding future proof solutions is a skill and that is what is offered.I am proud to share my Knowledge About Telecoms with businesses whoever they use as their telecoms supplier.
