Focused on the buildout of strategic Hadoop and Elasticsearch repositories that aggregate payment lifecycle data sourced from 30+ payment platforms across 35 countries using a standardized data model. This will simplify the platform landscape through the elimination of point-2-point feeds, enable monitoring of customer payment flows (instructions through execution), and provide firmwide consistency in payment data usage and interpretation Previously responsible for:> The firms NFR (Non Financial Risk) platform used globally by front-office (Managing Director, Director) desk heads, investment bankers, traders, and business control groups. Significant focus on user experience, workflow, and digitization improvements > The ideation and creation of the Volcker Engine which supported DB\'s Volcker metric formation This included integration with Book / Client / Instrument / Product reference data, end-2-end source system reconciliation (Informatica IDQ), metric visualization (QlikView and Cognos), and aberrant data detection. • Developed a global, 45 member cross-functional technology team into a homogeneous and highly effective organization. • Completed the end-to-end delivery of all initiatives required for the Volcker Rule Customer Facing Trade Ratio (CFTR) metric calculation • Installed processes and governance to facilitate changes to 30 systems distributed throughout Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions > Global head of the Instrument Reference Data Program engaged in the development of data management platforms (Fixed Income, Listed Derivatives, Index, Equities), distribution patterns, and operational processes to provide instrument reference data to the enterprise.
