Director of Operations for VIDAR, an ITT companyManaging Safety, Quality and 1 accomplishments following ITT’s SQDC philosophy:Safety: Launched Shop Floor Up safety initiatives, over 50 safety improvements driven by the team leading to zero safety incidents.Quality: Launched QMS system for ISO9001 pending certification, quarterly audits of key suppliers for collaborative approach to protect our interested parties.Delivery: Shipped the first VIDAR units to customers in July as promised to our customers and stakeholders. Cost: Launched SAP in April, powerful tool that will help us manage deliveries, inventory and cost. We are rolling out an amazing product with an amazing team. Looking forward to getting VIDAR motors out to the entire world.
