I engage in a general law practice, encompassing both transactional and civil litigation matters. As part of my transactional practice, I regularly guide clients through business transactions, serve as regular counsel to business entities, and advise on all aspects of commercial real estate, including acquisition, leasing and disposition. I also routinely assist clients with decedent’s estates, including estate planning, trust and probate administration. As part of my civil litigation practice, I regularly represent clients in disputes before Illinois state courts, including breach of contract, real estate and business matters, and the litigation of contested estates and trusts.
