As a Medical Strategy Director at 21GRAMS, a full-service health and wellness advertising agency, I leverage my PhD in Chemistry and my experience in life science consulting to create and deliver innovative and impactful solutions for our clients in the pharmaceutical industry. I lead and support a team of talented professionals who specialize in promotional and medical education, ensuring that our strategies and communications are aligned with the latest scientific evidence and best practices.My passion for healthcare and education stems from my family legacy of social humanitarianism and my background as a Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide and a teacher. I have a strong commitment to empowering individuals and communities to achieve success and great impact, especially in rural America, where I was born and raised. I volunteer as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Providence and an Assistant Debate Coach at Great Falls Public Schools, where I share my knowledge and skills in chemistry, data analysis, and biology, as well as my values and goals. I hope to bridge my identity as a Rural American with my expertise in healthcare and data science, and to apply the innovations and tools we are developing at 21GRAMS to improve the standards of care and outcomes in low-density areas.
