I am an Accounting student at the University of Houston with a strong interest in financial reporting, corporate accounting, and audit. I am currently an Accounting Intern at ENGIE North America, where I support month-end close activities, account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting while gaining hands-on experience in a large corporate environment within the energy industry.Through my academic coursework and professional experience, I have developed a solid foundation in accounting principles, financial analysis, and internal controls. I enjoy working with data, learning how financial information supports business decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.I am actively working toward CPA eligibility and seeking opportunities to continue building technical skills, industry knowledge, and professional growth in accounting or finance-related roles.
