We exist to level the playing field for ALL job seekers through data efficacy, partnering with organizations who believe in skills based hiring or need an effective solution to begin, all while providing access to all job seekers at no cost. We are the only organization in the world that fully-translates a military service members experience into transferable civilian skills, job titles and descriptions. In order to do this we needed to manually crosswalk every job in the military to private sector positions. There are about 35k military positions to demonstrate the magnitude of this data project. From there we built upon this data and success to aid all job seekers. Purepost, Inc. is a Public-benefit corporation of Veterans and Veteran Champions.
