I’m an idea generator and visionary, with a strong dedication to exploring new opportunities to achieve revenue, service, and profitability goals.My early background is in the education, retail, and insurance sectors; in these roles I developed exceptional coaching, mentoring, communication and management skills which ensured success as I transitioned into more senior-level operational positions. Since 2011, I have worked with a diverse portfolio of organizations on initiatives that are designed to reduce costs and shrinkage, maximize efficiencies, increase sales and productivity, and analyze cost vs. benefit of various executive decisions and plans.With my confident decision-making and forward-thinking approach to strategic planning and problem solving, I have made a significant impact on employer and client bottom-line results. In my current role with the global giant Samsung, I have proven myself many times over as a decisive leader who knows how to work smarter rather than harder. I have designed and implemented multiple tools, solutions, process improvements and initiatives that have reduced operating costs and directly led to significant business growth.
