ABOUT ANTHONY LAVERS
I am Counsel in the Construction and Engineering Practice Group in the White & Case London office. I undertake legal research on both contentious and non-contentious work and has worked on matters relating to projects in Abu Dhabi, Algeria, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Indonesia, Kuwait, Lesotho, Morocco, Northern Ireland, Oman, Peru, Rumania, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Thailand and Uzbekistan. I also engaged in training, writing and know-how activities within the Group and more widely within the Firm. I co-authored FIDIC Contracts: Law and Practice published by Informa in 2009.Prior to joining White & Case in 2001, I was Professor of Law at Oxford Brookes University, where I still hold a Visiting Chair, and Consultant to the Construction Group of a major City firm for five years.
