ABOUT ANTHONY B.

Currently leading the SDR team at Next. I’ve always been drawn to roles where I get to build - teams, systems, and relationships. I started out thinking sales was just about pitching. What I’ve learned is: the best reps listen more than they talk, ask good questions, and make people feel like they’re not just being “sold to.” Most of my work is in construction tech now, helping teams who are tired of juggling a dozen tools just to get through a project. But what keeps me motivated is seeing a team click - when someone finds their rhythm, lands that tough meeting, and starts to really enjoy the game. Outside of work, I’m into football, city breaks, and a decent pint of Guinness. Always open to swapping stories, tactics, or just having a chat.
