Anthony (he/him) is a problem solver who loves thinking about how to help organizations and leaders connect and operationalize their business strategy by creating and implementing a well thought out people strategy. His career has focused on developing relationships with leaders and enabling them and their teams to achieve their business results faster and sustainably through organizational design, strategic workforce planning, change leadership, teaming, and coaching. He serves as on the Associate Board at The Night Ministry, is a Big Brother to an amazing middle schooler, and is a mentor to innovators at UChicago\'s Polsky Center.
