   As the Inclusion Consultant, I lead all initiatives that foster inclusion and belonging. I train all faculty and staff responsible for advising cultural and student advocacy organizations. Additionally, I chair the Committee for Inclusive Excellence and serve as an ex-officio member of all subcommittees. My work also includes the development and assessment of inclusion strategies. This data is used with the executive leadership team to create effective change management.In my role, I contribute to the mission of inclusion, belonging, and allyship through programmatic efforts, support, and training of student leaders. I accomplish this by creating a professional development curriculum for all students, faculty, and staff. Furthermore, I strive to develop a vibrant and caring community where intercultural dialogue, education, and cultural exploration can occur.
