I am a passionate and talented designer, manager, and operations leader. Over my 16 year career in video games I have established myself as a trusted expert in design, analytics, and business strategy.I have held many roles within game development, including creative leadership, project management, executive production, operations, QA, business development, and community management. This breadth of experience has given me a holistic view of how the separate parts of a game company work together. I understand the pains of customer service, speak the language of engineers, can get cross-functional teams working together smoothly, excel at analyzing data, and can manage stakeholders.My leadership style is based on helping my reports be as successful as possible by removing roadblocks, laying out development paths, facilitating collaboration, and generally serving them.
