As an Embraer 175 Captain with Jazz Aviation, I bring a lifelong passion for aviation to the flight deck every day—backed by over 5,400 hours of total flight time across a range of jet and turboprop aircraft, including extensive multi-crew turbine operations. My hands-on experience spans corporate and commercial aviation, and reflects an unwavering commitment to safety, precision, and professionalism at the highest standard.Beyond the cockpit, I have spent more than a decade in executive and board-level leadership roles that have shaped my ability to think strategically and deliver results. As President & CEO of the Canadian Business Aviation Association (CBAA), I led advocacy efforts, drove policy change, and guided an industry organization through some of its most complex challenges—developing a deep appreciation for the unique mission that non-profits and associations carry on behalf of their members and communities.That experience gave me something I carry forward into every engagement: a genuine understanding of what it takes for mission-driven organizations to thrive.
