Ever since I was a child, I\'ve always been keen to understand how things work, rarely did a toy go without interrogation by a screwdriver. Some people are happy to know what something does, others like me also want to know how. This has been a common factor in my career with tremendous product knowledge and an in-depth understanding of the products I sell. As the Enhanced Call Management Expert at Invosys, I get to use my inquisitiveness and explore the boundaries of our technology to find new exciting applications, where users can benefit from the solutions we build.Working closely with high end and enterprise business, liaising with our in-house developers to create bespoke solutions, I ultimately deploy business critical end products to increase productivity, security, resilience and efficiency.
