By utilizing multiple data sources and tools such as speech analytics, we can add data and insights to evaluate and improve performance as well as mitigate compliance risk. I support not only our student loan servicing and collections operations, but also our business processing solutions. I worked closely with all of our sales channels (web, eBay, Amazon, Walmart, Phone Sales, and Retail) to maximize our efficiency and effectiveness. As an Authorized Dealer for Briggs & Stratton, Honda Engines, Kawasaki Engines, Kohler Engines, Cub Cadet, ECHO, Hustler Turf, Scag Power Equipment, & Spartan Mowers, we provide Sales, Parts, and Service. We have over engines in-stock and ready to ship! We know our product and can help prospective and current customers find a suitable replacement engine at a significant discount. Prior, I was Online Sales Development at Small Engine Warehouse. Increasing our exposure and sales in the online world. We currently have an e-commerce web site (smallenginewarehouse.com) as well as an eBay store (small-engine-deals) and on Amazon & Walmart.com (Small Engine Warehouse). We also work with several providers to advertise online and increase sales.I have worked in the Customer Service field since 2006. The customer is the most important aspect in my entire work history. My job is to serve the customer in the best way available. I have worked with a myriad of age groups and industries. I have worked with customers in academics, recreation, retail, sales, sports, and warehousing.
