I help climbers, trekkers, and endurance athletes summit high altitude mountains. Our mission at Recal is to bring the science of better breathing into mountain training—helping athletes train smarter, climb higher, and adventure safer in the mountains. To date, we’ve helped hundreds of athletes prepare for expeditions from Kilimanjaro and Aconcagua to Denali, Everest, and ultra events like the Leadville 100. My background blends high-altitude experience with certifications in breathwork, respiratory training, exercise physiology, personal training, mountain guiding, and more. I believe the biggest \'unlock\' in performance isn’t another gadget or supplement—it’s how you breathe.When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me discovering new ways to feel out of breath (in the name of research, of course) on a mountain somewhere.
