I drive sustainability at a FTSE 100 business. Over the last seven years I have helped reduce carbon emissions by 47% and emissions intensity by 26%- ahead of where the business would be from grid decarbonisation alone - developed carbon reduction bonuses for the Executive and regional management teams, and spearheaded year-on-year improvements in construction waste recycling - pushing 3 million kg of timber up the waste hierarchy in 2024 alone. I also established Taylor Wimpey\'s \'sustainability operations\' function. I\'m pragmatic, adaptable and love learning.
