Duties include administration of Microsoft 365 cloud services that include Entra ID, Azure Enterprise Applications and Virtual Machines, Intune, Exchange Recipients, Sharepoint, OneDrive, and Teams. Responsible for administering SaaS applications, including: 8x8, Slack, Dropbox, and Zoom. Perform remote services via CMS (Computer Management System) Remote Agent. Utilize Service Now application to manage service requests and to track calls. Administer cybersecurity and social engineering training through KnowBe4. Work closely with the Director of IT to assist with hardware and software selection and purchases, asset management, vendor identification and selection, and budget tracking and creation.
