With over 20 years of experience in Learning & Development and corporate culture transformation, I am passionate about creating environments where individuals and organizations thrive. My career has taken me across multiple countries, where I’ve led impactful programs that foster collaboration, build resilience, and drive positive change in businesses, education institutions, and non-profits.As the founder of Liferider Limited, I designed and delivered innovative workshops using tools like LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, Liberating Structures, and Appreciative Team Building to help global organizations unlock their potential. I’ve spearheaded cross-border programs such as the WE Program and the Collective Power initiative, transforming how workers, management, and unions collaborate to create sustainable solutions in global supply chains. I’ve also had the privilege of leading initiatives like the \"Positive Life\" program in China, where we built resilience and life skills among vocational students, empowering both young people and educators.In every role, I focus on engaging teams in a way that promotes creativity, learning, and meaningful action. My expertise in facilitation, cross-cultural collaboration, and program leadership, combined with a passion for youth development and social change, allows me to design and implement solutions that not only address immediate needs but also foster long-term growth and improvement.I’m always eager to connect with like-minded professionals and organizations interested in developing impactful L&D programs or exploring new ways to drive corporate and community growth.
