We were representatives of seller and buyers in the real estate market. Actively working in the niche of REO (Bank-owned), Non-REO privately owned/end-user, and distressed (shortsale or hardship) residential and multi-family sales. So YES.it began as a real estate company.However, being aware of the local economic impact caused by the sale of a home, Anthony saw there was more he could do to help communities. It starts with the professionals. Within the real estate industry, he uncovered areas that lacked communication, created friction, draining the life out of collaboration and efficiency. Ultimately, the ways of the past and what everyone had become accustomed to were ineffective, frustrating and weighing down the entire industry. A force that would devastate the buoyancy of any brokerage, forcing it to a slow voyage, and probable lost of its most valuable asset, its talented real estate agents.While it was a Real Estate brand he did this- Researched, purchased equipment/SaSS and built out sales systems and processes - Implemented and customized CRM software - Incorporated an E-signing technology- Transfer, consolidation and streamline of databases- Built a team intranet site and training video library - Implemented lead routing and management - Conducting recruiting and coaching of agents- Hosted numerous virtual training events- Built the team\'s consumer facing website- Set up the cloud-based phone and communication- Improved inventory management and marketing activity stages and tasks sets- Sourced and incorporated new forms of marketing, payroll, hiring, recruitingAnd the rest is being written.
