ABOUT ANTHONY GRAY
Chartered Engineer working in the Offshore Energy Analytics team at SSE Renewables. I lead Operations and Maintenance (O&M) modelling work to estimate turbine availability and support logistics strategy decisions for offshore wind farms across global markets, and maintain SSER\'s OPEX model for offshore wind development projects. I have also undertaken general wind analysis activities such as data cleaning, wind regime analysis, layout design and energy yield assessments, and have supported LiDAR deployments offshore.My previous role as a Techno-Economic Analyst at the Offshore Renewable Energy Catapult involved undertaking cost modelling, economic analysis and market assessment on a wide range of projects for offshore renewable energy. I led the development of an in-house O&M simulation tool.Prior to this I worked at JBA Consulting on the development of ForeCoast Marine, a decision support tool for managing metocean risks. I also completed an Engineering Doctorate (EngD) with the IDCORE programme (Industrial Doctorate Centre for Offshore Renewable Energy) where my work focussed on modelling the O&M strategy of wave energy arrays.
