My head for solving problems has served me well, both inside and outside, of the Learning and Development environment - helping leaders become the very best they can be, through to (re) defining a process to streamline work. Evolving today’s challenges into tomorrow’s deliverables is my passion. I have developed and led various leadership development programs, and people skills workshops, providing ways to equip leaders with the skills to drive motivated, engaged, and impactful teams. Throughout my own leadership journey, I have managed teams of varying sizes and geographies, from 100 people to a team of five. Being solution-focused drives to me find solutions to overcome challenges or improve how work gets done. My strong relationship-building skills help me connect with the relevant stakeholders and work together to reach a solution. I am ambitious, self-motivated, diligent, and a strong communicator. A role model for being a good corporate citizen, all tied together with my easy-going personality and sense of humour. My motivation and passion for continuous learning helped me successfully complete a 2-year Senior Leader MBA with the University of Exeter whilst working full-time and dealing with a personal challenge.
