A love of customer service was born! During my studies, I held various positions where customer relations and project management always took up a little more space. It was after my MBA in Strategy and Innovation that I dove head first into the Higher Education sector where I held the positions of teacher, educational advisor and deputy director. Over the years, I am proud to have retained my legendary optimism, my authenticity, my surprising creativity and my great adaptability while being fully invested in my duties. My visionary spirit and unifying character help me mobilize people to ensure the success of various projects. I perform very well under pressure while creating a climate of trust with my colleagues and clients.
