Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant and clinical operations leader with more than a decade of experience delivering high reliability care within a large integrated health system.My career has been built at the intersection of frontline medicine and operational improvement. Through years of clinical practice in emergency medicine, I have developed a deep understanding of provider workflows, documentation challenges, and the realities clinicians face in fast paced care environments.I am particularly interested in improving how healthcare teams work within complex clinical systems. My work has focused on optimizing workflows, improving documentation processes, and supporting the adoption of technologies that allow clinicians to spend more time focused on patient care rather than administrative burden. I have experience working with both Epic and Cerner environments and understand the importance of designing systems that support clinicians rather than slow them down.Alongside my clinical role, I am actively involved in education and mentorship. As a faculty member and preceptor, I enjoy helping the next generation of clinicians develop their clinical reasoning, confidence, and professionalism.I am passionate about leveraging technology, data, and collaborative leadership to improve clinician experience, streamline care delivery, and ultimately enhance patient outcomes.
