For over 18 years, I have been an Accredited Facilitator at DiSC and Five Behaviors, delivering impactful and engaging workshops and coaching sessions that help individuals and teams improve their performance, communication, and collaboration. As a Certified Trainer with Wiley and Everything DiSC, I offer a range of assessments and tools that enable learners to understand their own and others\' styles, preferences, and motivations. My passion for innovation, risk-taking, and change management stems from my previous role as Program Manager, People Development at SAG-AFTRA, where I was responsible for designing and implementing learning strategies and solutions that supported the organization\'s culture, values, and goals. In this role, I developed and empowered leaders and managers, created successful mentorship programs and educational tools, and coached and inspired individuals to manage their own professional development. I also leveraged my skills in diversity, inclusion, and belonging, unconscious bias, and social networking to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
