ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACTS: Upgraded 5 offices in one year and 10 offices total globally while creating a global standard; improved performance, significantly reduced tickets, improved end user experience, and enhanced deployment efficiency with automation. Reorganized and balanced team across 4 global regions. Led the re-architecture of a Global VDI solution that entailed merging three different cloud solutions (AWS, AVS, On-Prem). Spearheaded efforts to launch global deployments of Okta, LTM, and Zscaler. Expertly negotiated two co-location facility renewals and consolidated the space to reduce cost and footprint.
