I’m Anthony 🤝I’m a licensed Real Estate Broker in NJ and PA, specializing in representing clients in the purchase and sale of single-family homes, condominiums, and income-producing properties throughout the region.Over the course of my career, I’ve successfully closed more than personal transactions, earning a reputation as a highly skilled and experienced negotiator. Having lived and sold real estate in Southern New Jersey since 1991, I’m deeply passionate about this market and take pride in my intimate knowledge of current trends, school districts, neighborhood dynamics, and overall housing economics. My market insights are regularly featured in the Press of Atlantic City as well as other regional and national publications.I was born and raised in the Fishtown neighborhood of Philadelphia and attended the Real Estate Institute at Temple University, completing the Advanced Real Estate Sales Program in 1996.Over the years, I’ve been honored to serve and lead within the industry, including as Chairperson of the Egg Harbor Township Economic Development Commission. In 2010, I was named one of Atlantic City Weekly’s Top “40 Under 40.” I also served as President of the Atlantic City & County Board of Realtors in 2011 and 2012 and was recognized as the 2011 Realtor of the Year. In addition, I’m a New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson & Broker Pre-Licensing Instructor and a recipient of the Five Star Professional Customer Service Award (2013 & 2014) from NJ Monthly Magazine.Today, I lead the Dwell Real Estate team at Compass, where we take our clients’ buying and selling success very seriously.
