I am a logistics executive focused on building and scaling transportation networks that integrate people, process, and technology into one cohesive operation. At Riverstone Logistics, I lead the development of scalable capacity solutions across both Final Mile and Middle Mile operations. My role centers on building strong carrier and warehouse partnerships, while designing network strategies that connect middle mile transportation with final mile execution to deliver reliable, turnkey solutions for customers. Prior to Riverstone, I spent nearly a decade at RPM Freight Systems, where I served as Vice President of Carrier Sales. I led full truckload carrier procurement across auto hauling (FVL - Finished Vehicle Logistics), dry van, flatbed, and expedite freight, while helping scale the organization through team development, process design, and technology integration. My work was heavily focused in the automotive sector, supporting both freight movements and finished vehicle transport. Over the course of my career, I have built and scaled carrier networks and brokerage operations supporting $400M+ in logistics activity across final mile, middle mile, and automotive transportation. My experience spans automotive logistics, white glove home delivery, dedicated and contract freight, and complex capacity solutions across multiple modes and equipment types. I am particularly passionate about the intersection of logistics and technology. Having implemented TMS platforms, integrating freight tech solutions, and developing marketplace-style capacity models that improve visibility, efficiency, and cost structure. At the core, I am a builder. I enjoy developing teams, creating structure where it doesn’t exist, and scaling operations in a way that is both disciplined and sustainable.
