Anthony “Tony” Campos is the founder and owner of Mattress on Demand, a fast-growing, customer-centric mattress retailer based in Texas. Tony started Mattress on Demand in 2020 with his wife Tori after a frustrating mattress shopping experience inspired him to create a better way for people to find sleep solutions. What began in a small warehouse in Rosenberg has since expanded to multiple locations in Richmond and Katy — with plans for further growth. With a background in technology sales and entrepreneurship, Tony brings a tech-driven and research-focused perspective to the mattress industry. Under his leadership, Mattress on Demand blends advanced sleep-matching technologies with hands-on, personalized service to help customers solve real sleep problems — from back pain to sleep apnea — rather than simply selling products. Tony remains deeply involved in daily operations, from coaching his team to engaging directly with customers in store. He prides himself on offering a curated selection of both exclusive online brands and traditional favorites, as well as locally made private-label mattresses crafted in Texas. Driven by a mission to improve lives through better sleep and rooted in his Texas community, Tony continues to innovate and expand the reach of Mattress on Demand.
