Mr. Bushnell serves as adjunct faculty at the University of Northwestern - Saint Paul, teaching in the Criminal Justice program of the Department of Psychology. Mr. Bushnell has particular experience with DWI and DUI cases, helping drivers navigate both the criminal charges and the civil license revocation process. The firm also has extensive experience with litigation in many areas affecting both businesses and individuals, from employment law and non-compete agreements to contract disputes and business deals.
