Anthony is a Co-Founder at Level Effect, where he designs and delivers cutting-edge cybersecurity training programs, including the Cyber Defense Analyst Program. With over a decade of experience spanning penetration testing, security consulting, and engineering, he has built a reputation for translating complex security concepts into practical, real-world applications.As the architect of Level Effect’s industry-first Virtual SOC training environment, Anthony has created immersive, hands-on learning experiences that equip cybersecurity professionals with the technical and operational skills necessary to excel in their roles. His expertise spans network security, cyber threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and pentesting, all of which are integral to the curriculum he developed. The Virtual SOC has been recognized as a transformative learning platform, earning accolades such as the Top Rated & Best Cybersecurity Bootcamp 2024 award by Course Report.Anthony’s technical background includes- Conducting advanced penetration tests and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate critical risks- Designing and implementing robust security programs aligned with frameworks such as NIST and PCI-DSS- Providing tailored security consulting services to organizations, enhancing their security posture and operational maturity- Before entering cybersecurity, Anthony was honored as Leader of the Company at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, where he demonstrated exemplary GRC leadership managing large-scale operations, risk management, and compliance. In this role, he oversaw crisis response efforts, conducted policy audits, and implemented process improvements across diverse teams, setting the foundation for his approach to security and organizational strategy.Anthony holds the OSCP certification and continues to focus on empowering organizations and individuals to strengthen their security posture through innovative training and consulting solutions.
