40 years experience in healthcare management/leadership. Worked within the same company with continued years of service with American Medical International, Epic Healthcare Group, Health Trust Inc,Columbia/HCA, Triad Hospitals,Inc,and Community Health Systems (thirty years). Served as President and Chief Operating Officer for CareATC a population health management company serving self insured organizations. Joined Cappella/RCCH as CEO for Eastar Health System in Muskogee. Sold Eastar to Saint Francis Health System and became a Senior Vice President and Administrator.Worked as an ICEO for Teche Regional Medical Center, in Morgan City, LA for LifePoint Health with the assignment of selling the organization to Ochsner Health System. Complete the assignment In Morgan City and returned to Tulsa taking on the role of CEO for PAM speciality hospital of Tulsa. After a year and 9 months at PAM resigned and went to work for LifePoint Health in Cleveland MS as interim CEO of Bolivar Medical Center. Completed my assignment at Bolivar and started at Fauquier Health in Warrenton VA for LifePoint Health. Completed assignment in Warrenton VA and moved to Beckley West VA and became Interim CEO of Raleigh General Hospital a 300 bed short term acute care facility. Completed assignment at RGH and relocated to Clinton Memorial Hospital in Wilmington, OH. Specialties: Hospital start ups, Strategic Planning, Physician Integration, Quality and Patient Safety, and Financial Management. Hospital sales.
