Directly responsible for all Industrial Relations at the NNB Hinkley point C project. At peak this project will have in excess of employees working at the project with over 200 hundred contractors. Reporting into the construction director I have responsibility for managing the day to day industrial relations interfaces with both the contractors and the union stakeholders at the project to ensure full compliance with the respective HPC agreements and ensure Industrial relations harmony is maintained at the HPC site. Further responsibilities are to develop open and transparent relationships with both the local, regional and national unions signatory to the HPC agreements.
