About Anthony Ward
After several years in commercial real estate leadership in Seattle, I transitioned into business brokerage to work more directly with business owners and entrepreneurs.Much of my career has been spent at the intersection of HR leadership, organizational development, and operational management, supporting leadership teams and guiding operations across commercial real estate portfolios. In addition to overseeing property operations, I helped build internal HR structure, develop teams, and support the operational side of growing organizations.Coming from an HR leadership background, I also understand the importance of discretion and confidentiality when discussing sensitive business matters. Conversations surrounding ownership transitions, financial performance, and future planning require a high level of trust and professionalism, something I have worked with throughout my career.This experience gave me a unique vantage point into how businesses function day to day, including the people, systems, and operational decisions that ultimately drive long term value.Today, as a Business Broker with Transworld Business Advisors, I work with owners of established service businesses across the Puget Sound region who are thinking about the future of their companies.
