My elementary school librarian (I spent a lot of time in the library back then) used to tell me, “You will grow up and do great things”. I held onto her words of encouragement throughout the years; through years of sports, the insecure years, the years where I thought I was smarter than everyone else. I never planned to leave my small hometown which at the time didn’t afford many opportunities to great things as Mrs. Fraley said I would. I hung dry wall - a good use of my young energy - followed by a short stent in evictions - but then I came to Stockton Mortgage.David Stockton, President of Stockton Mortgage, taught me the ins and outs of the financial industry. It wasn’t long before I found myself at the core of his booming business where I have remained for a decade. Perceptive, knowledgeable, honest. These are the type of people who are employed by Stockton Mortgage. Working and growing alongside them, I’ve learned that when you find a great leader who genuinely cares and is willing to invest in people - you can accomplish great things.I’ve dabbled in it all. I love photography and travel (if National Geographic calls, I may have to say farewell to the mortgage industry). But at the core of my life is a firm grip on my faith and an honest and genuine desire to help others find peace and hope in our chaotic world.
