   Trusted with the responsibility of the location and purpose of four other trainees, special equipment, and mission relay to members of the team and reported statuses to squad leader.• Planned, formulated, and coordinated training missions with a platoon of 57 trainees to increase organization and efficiency of training missions.• Spearheaded and taught classroom and field education courses that would encapsulate many different types of learners, making sure that safety and attention to detail were emphasized during training events.• Completed Distributed Leaders Course to ensure capability of leading a team of five and serving their needs to the best of my ability.• Consulted the training and travel plans with officers and fellow non-commissioned officers for 160 soldiers, 40 trucks and trailers, and special equipment to be moved from New London, CT to Fort Drum, NY.• Implemented critical thinking and analysis to make quick decisions based on limited information and other variables with the aim of creating a course of action.• Delivered training and mission briefs to platoon and squad sized elements, keeping in mind peer engagement and managing my time spent on different topics.
