Coordinated the development and completion of the first ECE enterprise strategic roadmaps for all five Enterprise Capabilities Enablers •Designed and launched an enterprise forum to support the new Enterprise Capability governance structure •Manage and support Agile Lean Portfolio Management for the new Enterprise Capability Enabler structure, Feature, user story development and execution, DSU coordination, and supporting/participating in PI Planning. •Support and facilitate the development of Executive Leadership Team presentations
