Managing all aspects of the Walmart Account – Maintaining a good rapport with customer and expediting strategically the workflow in meeting Walmarts and Merchandise suppliers timeline. Measurements will be managed by the following:1) Coordinating photo shoots with multiple suppliers, complete coordination from Casting Call, Photo Shoot to Production. Includes, being liaison with photographer, hair/makeup/lingerie stylists. Working with merchandise supplier on location during shoot, on all garment/fitting details. Communicating details with the WM Creative Team during and after the shoot. Photo retouching, art adaptation, variable information to actual products. Diagnosing billing/revenue providing quotation to Sales. Programs: Announcements, George Intimates, George Hosiery, George Shapewear, George Golf, No Boundaries, Secret Treasures, Simply Basic and Simply Basic Scrubs.2) Providing customer, creative adaptations, designs for both Standard and WM Private Brands. Management and maintaining Style Guides, Toolkits, categorizing our FTP site, and 100% Mechanicals3) Preparing and or administer production files that are sent to our Global facilities, Sales and or Business Units.Manage, distribute, and facilitate current Brand and Retail accounts to our Creative Services Department, develop and execute a time frame necessary to accommodate our Customer, Sales and Global Production facilities.
