Lead the maintenance department to use a CMMS system (SAP) of logging work orders, work history, parts used and technician hours. Track downtime, pull plant metrics data to create Top 5 lists of weekly issues and downtime. Schedule downtime for repairs and refurbishment of plant equipment. This plant is closing in early 2025 therefore I am actively seeking new employment that is challenging and rewarding.
