Strong MEP background combined with high profile crane lifts and helicopter lifts as well, in very tight spaces. Previously worked in the gaming industry running the Facility and making sure it is efficient all the way around. handle all the construction projects and over see 100k sqft of gaming floor, 400k sqft of back of house, 400 room hotel with banquet space, attached 13 floor parking deck, also 7 floor express valet deck. plus all of the surrounding property. I have worked in the construction field for nearly 30years as Union Laborer, in the early days to a Senior Superintendent in a large construction company managing multi-million dollar projects. I have also worked in many different fields from automotive to school construction (K-12) to museums to water and waste water plants power and energy. I’ve worked closely with all trades and have become a very well rounded tradesman which gives me a distinct advantage over many Superintendents. I’m familiar and skilled with Army Corp of Engineers as well as Local and State officials. In my nearly 30 years in construction, I’ve never missed a finish date and do not intend to miss any moving forward. A successful finish date, planned budgets/ schedules and personnel safety issues are very important to me.
