I’m gaining insight into how large organizations solve corporate-level challenges and align HR strategy with business goals.My long-term mission is to help deliver equitable access to renewable energy—ensuring that clean electricity reaches underserved communities around the world. I’m especially interested in how grid modernization, energy transition, and HR innovation intersect to create sustainable, inclusive solutions.Outside of work, my passion lies in serving the community, maintaining good physical and mental health, and most importantly, family. As an ITM Continuous Improvement Intern, I partner with Hub ITM System Leaders to drive continuous improvement through the Integrated Transformer Management System, supporting strategy deployment, Lean daily management, and TPM Playbook execution across U.S. manufacturing sites. My work includes auditing TPM implementation, developing standardized downtime reporting, and building Power BI dashboards that integrate maturity and engagement metrics. I help automate Bowler KPI processes, collaborate with site teams on Lean initiatives, and contribute to training efforts that strengthen ITM capabilities. I also prepare clear progress summaries and report-outs for Hub leadership to support alignment and decision‑making.
