Large Cryptocurrency Exchange - Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Proceedings | Court of the Southern District of New York- Created and managed 13 Week Cash Flow Model for duration of 10-month case. Produced re-forecasted budgets and variance reporting packages on a weekly basis. Presented liquidity updates to Unsecured Creditors Committee weekly- Modelled changes in Debtors’ ~$1B AUM to project lending/staking revenue and arrive at EBITDA- Attended Company auction hosted at NYC offices of Counsel and Investment Banker. Provided auction support in the form of comparative bid analyses, waterfall recovery analyses, and responses to bidder diligence questions- Developed crypto portfolio rebalancing model to identify coin deficits/surpluses relative to claims, calculate creditor recovery percentages, and allow for in-kind distribution to creditors- Created Monthly Operating Reports that outlined Debtor’s cash flows, income statement, balance sheet, in addition to other operating disclosures. Retail Client Experience- Created attractive FP & A work products for wholesale bedding client with $2B+ annual revenues. Designed deliverables to analyze SKU performance by category, assess efficacy of promotional events, and identify areas for cost savings- Designed A/R Review which provided risk assessments for FMCG client’s wholesale customers. Made corresponding suggestions regarding pre-payment amid COVID uncertainty. Presented weekly to senior management and client team- Conducted competitor price analyses for large fashion retailer which highlighted consumer trends and recent KPIs in order to display client’s pricing in comparison to competition. Such analysis for one large retail client showed pricing in saturated range and that reduction in MSRP would yield ≈ 10% increase in top line- Navigated both CH 11 and CH 7 bankruptcies including filing all of the various first-day motions.
