   Lead team of direct reports consisting of Data Scientists and Data Engineers by guiding, mentoring, coaching, and hands-on programming involvement with members through business critical use-cases.• Manage multiple work-streams generated by strategy and execution from leadership team, hold team members accountable and ensure delivery through servant-leadership style.• Developed daily vehicle sales forecast across business center regions by extracting datasets using SQL that capture marketing demand funnel metrics and sales history, feature scaling/engineering (transforming count data using box-cox), generated 290 ARIMAX models utilizing autoarima method (optimally choosing AR/MA components) in pmdarima package in Python within a User Defined Function (UDF) loop exploiting GreenPlum databases\' massive-parallel process (MPP) reducing a 14 hour job to 2 hours. Model output fed to QlikSense application for dashboard viewing and business decision making.• Developed vehicle growth program analysis, estimating loss in volume associated with a dealer not hitting sales target across FCA\'s 2,400+ dealer network. Performed k-means clustering (scikit-learn) to segment dealers into well-defined sales volume groups. Utilized Python for feature engineering categorical variable to capture desired effects from target, controlling for business related features.
