RSG has grown from myself coaching young rugby players in a tiny storage container to one of the most exciting powerlifting brands in the UK. Personally I have spent over a decade coaching peak performance, nutrition, motivational psychology and applied my sports science knowledge to literally thousands of people. As a businessman I have learned sales, marketing, finance and leadership skills that give me a unique insight in my current work as an executive coach.
